More Morning Work Finished

January 8, 2012

I got some really nice comments yesterday about my morning work sheets and lots of questions about if I was going to make more of them. I do plan to make them for Unit 4 through Unit 6. I have another 2 sets finished that you can download for free from Google docs.

If you downloaded the first set, you will want to download them. I
noticed a typo on one of the pages so I fixed it on the new set.

Please leave me a comment if you download these so I can know if it is worthwhile to keep posting these.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday! Tomorrow is my first day back with kids so I’m hoping it goes smoothly.
Also, don’t forget to like Swimming into Second on Facebook.

  1. These look wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing! My team insists on daily homework, which I despise and it usually means having the kids read the story from the book and do some questions, I can't wait to try these as homework. So many of my kids go to breakfast in the morning, making morning work kinda difficult.
    Thanks again!

  5. Thanks so much for sharing these. I also teach Treasures and noticed my students needed to be able to complete some work on their own! Thanks for making these. I truly appreciate it!

  6. Thank you so much. I do subbing and have been a little nervous, not having taught second grade for a while. These have been great for restoring my confidence at what level they may be at. Thank you!
