  3. The best thing I did this summer was getting to see my sister. We had not seen each other for several years. She came to Ohio and my whole family got to be together. It was so nice!

  4. We took the kids to visit my sister and her family who live on the beach. It was a great time for all of the kids to play and get to know each other since we live so far apart.

  5. The best thing I have done this summer is actually doing MOST of the stuff on my Summer Bucket List. For example: taking my daughter to the movies, going to the zoo with my whole family, painting several rooms in my house, etc. It's been a fun summer and I almost dont want it to end.

  12. SMART training in June helped me remember that teaching is more than covering material, it is helping the students grow in every way possible.

  13. I have spent time with my kids, making memories for them. It's amazing to see that they grow so fast and the time has just gone too fast.

  14. There have been many good things, but the best would have to be beach days! And yes, there was one perfect one. Ahhh the beach!

  15. The best thing I did this summer was to have a book reading club with my youngest. I tried the Daily 5 out on her and of course she loves reading to someone and listening. She has taken over my iPod and it was formatted just for her. The million questions of who, what, why, and how's of each story was amazing.

  16. Besides spending time with the family, I got hooked (ha…ha…) on the show Deadliest Catch. The hubbs and I stayed up super late watching old seasons on Netflix. It blows my mind how hard those guys work, especially in such crazy weather!

  17. The best thing about this summer is today! My husband works out of town and I actually get to see him today, which happens to be our six year anniversary!
