Happy Saturday y’all! I’m back today to share my newest creation — If the Shoe Fits (an inferencing investigation). Inferencing is one of my favorite skills to teach. It can be so fun for the kids with clues and detectives.
In this activity, the Shoe Snatcher has stolen 10 pairs of shoes from 10 different people. Students will have to match the top secret case files to the missing pairs of shoes.
You can use this pack as a learning center, a group investigation, or a whole group lesson. I’ve also included detective badges to help your kiddos really get into the activity and a inferencing crossword to extend the lesson.
You can find this new pack in my TPT store by clicking on the images above or clicking here.
While you are there, you can also pick up my free inferencing song.
Let me know what you think by commenting below. I’ll choose one person to win this new pack tomorrow. Don’t forget your email address.
Looks like you've really put a fun twist on learning this skill! I love it!
