It’s Sunday so it’s time for Visual Plans. My plans are much shorter this week because I have Fall Break at the end of the week. WOOHOO! Can’t wait! We also have a ton of events this week that will cut into teaching time.
These are my favorite kinds of weeks when I can teach thematically and do some fun activities.
As always, click on the plans to download and check out the links.
This week, I am reading:
Be sure to check out more awesome visual plans at Mrs. Wills Kindergarten.
I don’t know about you but I love peeking into other people’s classrooms to see what they are doing. So fun!
Don’t forget that the TPT flash sale ends today! My store is 20% off to celebrate and TPT is giving a percentage off if you enter the code FB100K at checkout. So get your shopping on today!
Hello! I found your blog through Mrs. Wills “Peek at My Week” Linky. It is so helpful to look at other teacher’s plans and see how I can better my own.
Do you teach at a year round school or start school in early August? Just wondering why you have a fall break, and I am jealous. We begin the Tuesday after Labor Day and our first three day weekend isn't until Veteran's Day…that's right, our county does not observe Columbus Day (suburb of DC). Not sure why, but our county is really tight when it comes to giving breaks…like making us return to school for Thursday and Friday after New Year's Day…seems like just a waste of operating costs.
Would love for you to head over and check out my blog and peek at my week!

If You Give a Teacher a Treat
Hi Lindsay! No, I don't teach at a year round school. We started school the second week of August. We used to get a whole week off but now it's down to 2 days. I guess it's better than nothing. We don't observe Columbus day or Veteran's day. We don't get a lot of extra days off either.
Hey Courtney, I just love your set up for your weekly plans. Is there a trick in doing them or do you set it up in doc. form and draw out your boxes and add in the links and pictures? I think this would be a great way to keep a teacher excited about teaching the next lesson.
