Last Minute Holiday Ideas

This week, instead of using my usual visual plans template, I am sharing some great resources you can use this week if you are looking for some last minute, fun holiday ideas.

This week, I will be using my new Starring Santa pack and reviewing comprehension skills with the three books I featured.

I am using these three books that have activities in my unit.

We will be doing the write the room activities from Teacher's Clubhouse.

We will be using Kathy Law's Making Words pack for Christmas.

For literacy centers, we are finishing our December centers with my Full of Cheer centers.

We are also finishing our Christmas Around the World unit from Lyndsey. My kiddos are loving this!

Good news for you! I've decided to mark down my Christmas packs for today only.  Grab them today and make your planning much easier for the week. Click on the image below to head over to my store.

So how many more days do you have of school? We have a half day on Friday and then we are on break for 2 weeks.  My kiddos are absolutely crazy right now so the break can't get here soon enough.

  1. I have a full week this coming week, with my second graders! Yep, they are a little excited, so it is a bit crazy! I have two weeks off through the holidays, for the first time! Yay! Thanks for the ideas and activities! Happy Christmas to you, and some deep breaths for the week to come!! ~kath

  2. Thanks again! I just purchased your Full of Cheer Literacy Centers Set! I purchase from home, but get it ready at work in the wee hours of the morning!

    1. I do the same thing, Kathy! I always get to school early so I can beat the rush at the copy machine.

  3. Fabulous ideas, Courtney. Your new pack looks awesome!!
    Just Reed!
