Happy Tuesday! If you are like me, you’ve been off the past 2 days due to snow and cold. Monday was supposed to be an inservice day and we had almost all day to work in our rooms. Well, that didn’t happen but my school was open for a while today so I could get a few things done.
One of my new favorite things in my classroom is my rolling bookshelf. I’m using it for leveled AR books and it has been working great. I wish I had room for another one of these because I have a serious book addiction and I have books everywhere in my classroom. I guess that’s not a bad problem to have.
I got a grant from the Junior League for a classroom project that I am starting after break. I got these great book folders from Lakeshore. They have tips for how parents can help their child with reading at home as well as a passage (both fiction and nonfiction) and a focus activity on the back. I got these bags from Really Good Stuff to hold them in and keep them in somewhat good shape.
Before I headed to school this afternoon, I got my newest pack finished.
This pack is designed for reteaching and reviewing adjectives. It has games and printables to help your students understand the purpose of adjectives and how to use them. Click on the image above to view it on TPT.
My goal is to make a whole series of Focus packets on different topics. Leave me a comment about what topics that you would like to see and I’ll choose one person to win this newest pack. I’ll pick a winner tomorrow evening so you have 24 hours to enter. Be sure to leave your email with your comment.
