It’s time for another week of visual plans. Where, oh where, does the weekend go? This week, we are working on r-controlled vowels, cause and effect, nouns, and place value.
You can download my plans through Google Docs. I would love it if you would leave a comment if you download. It makes my heart happy to see comments here or on Facebook. It definitely makes the time I take to post these and get them ready for my blog worth it.
Here are my plans for reading groups. Most of my books are from Reading A-Z. I have a wide gap of reading levels this year and my reading series just wouldn’t work.
I’m linking up with Mrs. Wills Kindergarten for her weekly linky party to share my plans.
Have a great week!
Thank you for sharing these! I always get some good ideas. 🙂
I cannot thank you enough for posting your plans. I,too, always get some good ideas and they really help my 1st year partner teacher have a better sense of the whole picture. How you have the time to be this detailed is beyond my comprehension! 🙂
Thank you for generously sharing your hard work. It is inspiring!
It has become part of my Sunday "to do" is to check out your post. My teaching partners and I have used so many of your ideas. We really appreciate all of your dedication. Our students thank you too:)
Thank you for posting- We are also teaching nouns this week and you just provided me with some cool extra activities. Thanks
I love using Reading A to Z too! But i haven't quite figured out how to do it with my 1st graders yet.. lol
Love the book choices you selected to support the learning. What handwriting program do you use in second grade?
